We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require our members to cancel their gym membership. Here is our cancellation policy at Hammer Fit Gym:

1. Members can cancel their membership at any time with a 30-day notice period.

2. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, either in person at the gym's reception desk or via email to hammerfitgym@gmail.com

3. Members will be charged for the full 30-day notice period following the submission of their cancellation request.

4. No refunds will be given for any unused portion of membership fees.

5. Members are responsible for ensuring that all outstanding payments are made before their membership can be cancelled.
