Hammer Fit Gym is proud to announce the return of the Hammer Fit Gym 5K Run/Walk/Ruck Event! As a veteran-owned gym, we are proud to support, honor & remember our American servicemen and women. Proceeds from the Hammer Fit Gym 5k Event will be going to help our local veterans through donations to the Veterans Memorial Fund & Disabled Veterans of Park Rapids (DAV-PR).
